Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy the Mesvilo software or an add-on on mesvilo.com. By completing a purchase you agree to them, together with our license terms, refund policy and privacy notice.

Who you buy from

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. If an order is processed through Polar (polar.sh) instead, Polar acts as Merchant of Record for that order. The Merchant of Record charges your payment method, calculates and collects applicable sales tax or VAT, and issues your invoice.

What you get

• A license key for each product you buy, shown after checkout and sent by email.
• Access to download the product from your Mesvilo account.
• Updates and support for six months from the purchase date. After that the software keeps working; you simply stop receiving new versions and support.

Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time payments unless stated otherwise. Taxes depend on your location and are added at checkout by the Merchant of Record.

Requirements

Mesvilo is self-hosted software. You are responsible for a suitable server, your own WhatsApp Business account with Meta, and complying with Meta's WhatsApp Business policies and the laws that apply to your messaging. Meta's messaging charges and any AI or voice provider charges are billed by those providers, not by us. Add-ons require the Mesvilo base package.

Demo and pre-sales

Please use the public demo at demo.mesvilo.com and ask us any questions before buying, so you can confirm the software fits your needs.

Liability

The software is provided as described on our website. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version shown at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
