Refund policy

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase on mesvilo.com, for any reason. No questions asked and no fees deducted.

How to request a refund

• Reply to your order email, or write to [email protected] with your order number (MSV-…) or license key.
• Orders processed by Paddle can also be refunded through Paddle directly at paddle.net.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through the Merchant of Record (Paddle or Polar). Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

What happens to the license

When a purchase is fully refunded, its license keys are deactivated and installations using them stop receiving updates and license checks.

After 14 days

If something doesn't work as described after the 14-day period, contact us and we'll help fix it.

Envato Market purchases

Purchases made on Envato Market follow Envato's refund policy and are handled through Envato.
