Is this a monthly subscription?+
No. The base package is a one-time marketplace purchase. You install Mesvilo on your own server and can charge your own customers monthly through Stripe or PayPal.
Do I need a Meta Business account?+
Yes. Each workspace connects its own WhatsApp Business number through the official Cloud API. Meta bills messaging charges directly to that business account.
Does it use unofficial WhatsApp connections?+
No. Mesvilo only uses the official WhatsApp Cloud API, so numbers are not at risk of being banned for using unofficial clients.
Which AI providers do the add-ons support?+
AI add-ons work with your own keys for OpenAI, Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude. Voice features use ElevenLabs or OpenAI text-to-speech. You pay those providers directly.
Can I translate the interface?+
Yes. Download the English source file, translate it and upload it as a language pack, or use the built-in editor. Missing strings fall back to English.
Will it run on shared hosting?+
The base package runs on most PHP 8.3 hosting with MySQL and a cron job. The Personalized Video add-on needs a VPS with ffmpeg.
