Team Performance — Mesvilo add-on

Team overview, individual scorecards, response times (median, average, p90), conversation activity per teammate, date filters, daily trends, busiest hours and CSV export.

Install

1. Copy team-performance/ into addons/ of your Mesvilo installation.

2. Admin → Add-ons → enable Team Performance. No extra tables are needed.

Usage

Open Team performance in the sidebar (requires the team.manage permission — owners and managers by default). Choose Today, 7 days, 30 days, This month or a custom range; all days are whole days in the workspace timezone. Click a teammate for their scorecard (compared with the team average and the previous period). Export CSV downloads the team table and the daily series.

Definitions

• First response time — first customer message of a conversation (or the first one after it was resolved) → first reply written by a teammate.
• Response time — each customer turn (first customer message after the last teammate reply) → next teammate reply. Average, median and p90.
• Conversations handled — distinct conversations a teammate replied to. Resolved — conversations resolved in the period while assigned to the teammate. Messages sent / Internal notes — written by the teammate.
• Bot replies, auto replies and campaign messages are excluded (they carry no teammate). Times are clock times, not business hours.

Reports reflect recorded inbox activity only; there is no payroll, attendance or leave tracking. Results are cached for 10 minutes per workspace and range (?refresh=1 recomputes).
