Run surveys inside WhatsApp: NPS (0–10), 1–5 ratings, single choice and free text. Send them in waves, compare results wave by wave and browse every answer.
1. Copy the surveys-nps folder into addons/ of your Mesvilo installation.
2. Platform admin → Add-ons → activate Surveys & NPS with your purchase code (this runs the add-on migrations).
3. A Surveys item appears for members with the *Campaigns: create and send* permission.
The cron (php artisan mesvilo:work every minute) sends wave invitations in batches and expires old sessions.
1. Create a survey — add up to 10 questions, reorder them, and set an optional intro and thank-you message ({{first_name}} supported). The phone preview shows exactly what customers see.
2. Create an opener template under *Templates*, ideally with a quick-reply button such as "Start survey" (and "Not now"). Outside the 24-hour window WhatsApp only allows approved templates.
3. Send a wave — pick all opted-in contacts or segments/tags and the approved template. Only opted-in, unblocked contacts are invited. The survey starts when the contact replies or taps the button.
4. From the inbox, the Survey card sends a survey to the open conversation: immediately if the 24-hour window is open, otherwise with an approved template.
5. Results — NPS (promoters 9–10, passives 7–8, detractors 0–6), score distribution, wave-to-wave comparison, per-question breakdown, answer history with filters, and CSV export.
Addons\SurveysNps\DemoSeeder::run($workspace) creates a "Customer NPS" survey with two waves (≈60 answers, NPS +12 → +39), a "New website feedback" survey, and an approved survey_invite template.
